PLAYING SHEET
How to
The Captains are responsible for the filling in of the playing form. Both Team Captains will fill in the form with their players without the opposition team sighting. The order of play is from the top to the bottom. Pairs is traditionally played first, 3 Pairs. Then following are the singles playing through from 1 to 6. If any team is short of players then the last spot or spots are left blank and the opposing team will score the 3-0 win, in both singles and pairs. Once the sheets have been filled in with names they are to be handed to the opposing Captains so they may complete their forms and finally discover who is playing who.
The scoring is as following.
Wins and losses are marked by frame count. IE; 3 / 2 or 2 / 3
The wins and losses are totalled and also the frame count.Only points scored for singles are used in finding the Top Scorers from each Division and are as follows.
3 -0 win = 8.31, 3 -1 win = 8.2, 3 -2 win = 8.1, 1 - 3 loss = 1.21, 2 -3 loss = 2.5, in the unfortunate event of a team having to default, then it is their Captains responsibility to let the Host Team know. A playing sheet is still to be filled in and sent to the Results Compiler as the host teams players receive the individual points and their team get the total win points. The individual points will only show on the players sheet .They will NOT be counted on the Results Sheet. It is better to play with less players than to default. When games are finished and Both Captains sign and check the playing sheet it is to be emailed or photo messaged to the Results Compiler . If the Playing Sheet is not sent through before the next game is to be played then team risks losing the points achieved from that game. Ideally the Results Compiler would be sighting sheets within 3 days. Giving them time to process and have results published on a weekly basis.
